The Garmin Montana 650 brings a new level of flexibility to a handheld GPS. Trail, car, boat, bike, atv, or anywhere else, the Montana 650 will have the capability to show the mapping you need to get you there safely. With the 650’ s 4 inch touch screen, dual orientation display you will easily be able to see your information at a glance.

The flexibility built into the Montana 650 allows you to use it for every activity you do. The 5 megapixel digital camera will automatically geotag pictures; while also sharing those pictures, waypoints, and routes wirelessly with other compatible Garmin units. Navigate the streets with text-to-speech spoken street names and turn by turn directions with the optional auto mount and City Navigator software, and you can then switch maps to the available Garmin Topographical mapping  or Bluechart G2 charting for mapping in the woods, trails, or on the water to be able to use one unit for all your navigational needs. For even more detail, you can add satellite images from Birds Eye Satellite Imaging service.

With the built-in, 3 axis tilt-compensated electronic compass, you will always have the correct heading even if you are standing still, and the barometric altimeter gives you the most accurate altitude reading along with plotting the barometric pressure so you can keep an eye on the weather. Use the unit with either the supplied, rechargeable Lithium-Ion battery or switch to AA batteries thanks to the innovative battery tray that accepts either.

The rugged, waterproof to IPX7 standards casing can take whatever you throw at it. The Garmin 450 offers a large 4 inch touchscreen display with the compatibility of all types of mapping offered by Garmin and the correct mount for your needs.
